REFUND POLICY
With customer satisfaction as its utmost priority, HORECA360 looks into any discontent of the clients with it’s easy return and refund policy.
All perishable & edible Products are NON-RETURNABLE.
Horeca360's return and refund policy gives you an option to return and exchange items purchased on the portal within 7 days of the receipt of the item provided it is not a perishable or cold storage item.
The buyer is expected to preserve the product in its original condition, tags and packaging.
Once the product is received by the team, it will go through a quality check post which the refund will be initiated.
Your refunds will be in the form of a credit note which can be used for future purchases or can be directly transferred to the account which is used to make the purchase.
The process of refund will take 5-7 working days after the quality check of the return item.
Shipping charges will not be a part of the refund. Only the product cost will be refunded.Shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
Cancellation POLICY
All orders are cancellable 4 hours after placing the order, provided that we have not begun the packaging and dispatch process.
Perishable products are not cancellable post order placement as they cannot be unpacked after orders being placed.
In order to cancel an order - please drop an email on the registered email address - hello@horeca360.co.in within 4 hours of order placement and payment
We reserve the right to cancel the order if full payment has not been received within 4 hours of order placement or before product packaging
Product packaging will begin only after 100% payment of the order invoice.
Orders cannot be cancelled once packaged and shipped or packaged.
Add-on orders can be placed, provided that the shipping label has not been created, else please create a fresh add on order.
